How should I keep away my daughter from viewing cartoons?

Switching off TV set, changing the channels, locking the channel all practices are over... Doremon, Nobita, and other chinese characters are really harmful as those are not from our cultured society. Most of the cartoon characters should be banned for their vulgar languages and attitudes.
