Vomiting Sensation for past four days?

I Am male 24 yrs, for the past four days, i have vomiting sensation, but i am not vomiting, discomfort in stomach, pain often, not in particular region, my doc prescribed antacid(gelusil, omperazole), but still no improvements, i had an appendectomy before 4 months.i was treated for mesentric nodes, is it like celiac disease or stomach or intenstinal cancer or someting a serious disease, i often feel vomting but this session is too long 4 days, i have sharp pains all around the body, cant pin point, goes itself ,pls help me
