Urgent!! Need help with painkillers!!!?

Ok so recently i had an appendectomy, and the doc prescribed me hydromorphone for the pain. usually, i take two 2mg pills, but my abdomen was hurting worse than usual, so i took an extra one. but i think that might have been a bad idea because my stomach (like ye olde belly ache stomach not appendectomy stomach) is KILLING me, its damn near unbearable. i tried eating and drinking wich helped almost not at all. i don't want to rush to the hospital now just in case it's not that bad, but what should i do? how can i help the stomach pains go away?
