What was the worst physical pain you have ever felt?

Like for instance, mine was the day I got out of the hospital from just having an open appendectomy. I hadn't gotten any pain medicine yet and I let out a HUGE sneeze. I know it sounds silly, but it honestly felt like I had ripped my intestines and stitches.
