Whats Matt Cassel chances of coming back and playing 10 days (12/19) after undergoing emergency laparoscopic..?

..appendectomy (wed., 12/8). He was ruled out in today's loss against Chargers and also didn't make the trip to SD as well. Can he travel to St Louis and even if he can't play in that game. Of course that means seeing the backup QB/s (Brodie Croyle and Tyler Palko) starting and playing in place of him. Or at least hes named 3rd string QB.
