WHICH FLINTSTONE MOVIE WAS THIS?!?

I remember seeing it once as a child. It was the Flintstones, but you could tell it was modern because the animation was clearer than that of the original Flintstones. From what I remember, the characters were also skinnier and Welma was mean? I also believe the show was vulgar, well... Not vulgar, but more... Tom and jerry-ish in a sense? I don't know how to explain, but hopefully you get the jist of what I am saying. Help! It's been bugging me for years.
