Is this normal after appendectomy?

i had an emergency appendectomy a month ago and everything seemed like it was going good. the wounds on the outside healed fine and the pain was subsiding. but a couple days ago i started to get sharp pains again and i can feel on the inside where the wound is and its very painful. im having a hard time keeping food in me, i either get sick or it goes right through me, and the pain is getting progressively worse. is this something i should see my doctor about?
