12 weeks pregnant and just had my appendix removed...question?

So Wednesday I entered the er with stomach pain nothig severe just thought it waconstipation. Well an mri revealed appendicitis in the early stages. I had laproscopic appendectomy and baby was healthy!! Im home now and I just peed but afterwards I felt like I wet myself, and its like clear discharge. I goto planned parenthood for prenatal care so its too late to call them they are closed:( I don't know if this is normal, im resting as much as possible. Should I be worried?
