Internal bleeding after appendectomy?

I had my appendix and adhesions removed 11 days ago. Friday I lifted my 2 year old. I'm not supposed to lift over 5 pounds. I was trying to get him out of the rain. Next morning when I pee there is blood in toilet. Every time I pee now there's blood. It's vaginal. My period ended last week. My stomach is really burning and starting to hurt more. When I stand up I get dizzy for a few seconds. I've been nauseated. Tired and shaky. Shortness of breath every now and then. No fever. Could I have ripped internal stitches to cause bleeding? Does it require me to go to ER? There is no ovary pain. It's regular blood with no tissue or clots. Nurse said it's not normal for that to happen. I have an OBGYN appointment tomorrow afternoon. My surgeon is out of his office until tomorrow. Should I be worried?
