Should I bother trying to have a relationship with my 17 year old soon to be step daughter?

She is married with a one year old son and she called me a f***ing c***t and a b***h because I wouldn't buy her $200 worth of clothing. I told her to either get a job and buy them herself or have her husband buy the clothes for her. We only hear from her when she wants money. I told her not to contact me again. She calls her father vulgar names too so he is also keeping his distance from her.
