Why is this guy holding a grudge on me?

just ignore him.literaley.like if he talks to you pass by him like you dont see anyone.he will eventually get the idea and leave you alone.and if he starts saying **** to you,just act uninterested like "uh huh,thats great.imma go now.your starting to get me bored.'and leave
