I need help with creating an excel template or so.....?

So I have a spreadsheet that has many equations for analysis. All I need to do is to import the data I have from each subject into the sheet, which are only few numbers, and then the spreadsheet generates results as well as GRAPHS. So, whenever I get the results I copy the whole sheet and paste it into a new workbook and name it with my subject's name. The PROBLEM is, when I do so, the graphs end up the same for ALL subjects, because when I point to the points on the graph, they are all the same for each subject, because again when I point to the points on the graph, and then look up where it comes from, it says it came from the ORIGINAL sheet, and not from the current sheet where the data was pasted. So, all of them are identical. When I change the title for the graphs to reflect points from the specific sheet, then yes, things are right. But It would be so difficult going through each one of them, I have many data to be analyzed. Is there a way to make like a template where, when I copy and paste into a new sheet, the points on the graph will reflect data from the current sheet and not the original one. I hope this isn't too confusing.

Fibroid tumor came and went?

I recently had an appendectomy. After my surgery, the general surgeon told me he found something during the surgery and was concerned, so he called in an OB. The OB also saw it and diagnosed me with leiomyomas disease. They both agreed that I have developed a fibroid tumor. The OB wrote up a report stating it was a 3cm tumor in the right broad ligament, and I would benefit from a hysterectomy. I followed up with my own OB, who read the report and ordered an ultrasound. I went today to have the ultrasound and the tech looked and looked and looked, and no tumor. Anywhere. Nothing. Is it possible it disappeared or that the original surgeon was seeing things? Or the tech missed it? I am not really having any symptoms, no heavy bleeding, no irregular bleeding, a little crampy now and then, but we've sorta chalked that up to the poking around during the appendectomy (which was one month ago). Thoughts?

Is this normal after an appendectomy ?

i had an appendectomy dec. 4th, no complication was released 3 days after surgery. about a week later i was back in the ER with trouble breathing, and chest pain did a chest x-ray and blood work said it was pneumonia sent me home with an antibiotic. they said they were not concerned with a clot due to the fact that i received 2 blood thinner shots so they didn't even check. now tomorrow is my last day on antibiotics and im still running a low grade fever also my abdomen has started to hurt and my back as well, also im still very nauseated and vomiting. like i ate dinner and within 5 mins i vomited half my dinner up *i know tmi * i dont know what to do ? im not going back to that incompetent ER they dont know there head from there asses. i cant get into see my surgeon till dec. 20th... what can i do until then ?

Along with the abdominal pain that I expected to have, I was also bothered with an acute pain in my right shoulder since waking up the morning after the surgery. I am now having trouble sleeping because of this and the tylenol 3 that I have been prescribed has not helped much in that region. I also found a round sticker with a metal button in the middle on my shoulder upon my return home. When I took off the sticker, I was soon hit with an agonizing pain on my shoulder. A Pet Scan mainly focuses on finding Tumors in the body. Most tumors absorb sugars very rapidly. You are given an injection and then they scan the body. Lifting weight after an open appendectomy?

I recently had an appendectomy (5 days ago from the time of me writing this), and i know i'm not supposed to lift 15 or more pounds for the next week and a half, but i have a few questions. I was supposed to have a laparoscopic appendectomy, but they (for whatever reason) ended up doing an open appendectomy. I have a meeting with my doctor at the end of next week, but was hoping to get some possible answers before that. I have hear of peoples recovery times being 2 weeks (laparoscopic) up to 6 months. My situation is that i work at a local furniture store moving furniture that weights hundreds of pounds (me alone or 2 people for large recliners, couches, etc.) and i also am on the high school football team (lineman) and need to do weightlifting in preparation for my senior year next year. How long until i can do both of those activites. The furniture is self explanatory on weight, but also consists of me contorting myself (and possibly my stomach) at different angles in order to twist and adjust furniture through doors and hallways. The weight lifting consists of bench press, squat, clean, and other excersizes ranging in weights from 200 pounds (bench) up to 300-400 pounds (squat) and i know these will put major strain on the stomach. The last thing i can afford to do is get a hernia or other injury from lifting too early. How long should i wait to do these? Also, i dont know if this is any consolation to the question, but for "specs" i am 16, 6'7", and 285 lbs.

Excel option buttons: two of them keep changing together?

I have one option group box. Inside of that I have two option buttons. Each option button is linked to the same cell. Each option button exists totally inside the group box, and they do not overlap one another. A cell value of 1 ends up highlighting both option buttons at the same time, and any other value un-highlights both. If I click either button while un-highlighted, they both activate. I cant un-highlight either except by manually changing the value of the linked cell or by going into the either option buttons settings, but then they both un-hightlight at the same time. I cannot separate these two option buttons from acting as a single button. I want them to be linked, but having opposite values: one highlighted and the other not. I want to be able to use these buttons like they were intended - when one is highlighted, the other un-highlights, and vice versa. But that is not how it is working.

Everyone is right when they say sight moderately low. The Dr probably gave you instructions not to lift that much weight anyways. I got 3 feet of intestine out and had 86 staples, from a few inches above navel to the pubic area and I was also scared of "popping" but those suckers really hold! I used my foot a lot to get my son into bed with me( by using it as a lever under his bottom as he tried to lift himself up) and we watched movies for a few days when he was not in daycare- tv did not kill him. lol. Let them cuddle into your side and hold them and rub their backs and shoulders. Hope you have a fast recovery!

This could be from the lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation can cause almost anything. Also the fact that it occurs at night can definitely lean more to the sleep deprivation. But still check with you surgeon.

Have you ever had an appendectomy?

You will have to fast after midnight. In the morning when you arrive to the operating room they will put you in what is called a pre-op room with other patients. You will be asked a thousand questions. Finally, the anesthesiologist will come in and start an IV. Usually, they will put a skin numbing solution on so you shouldn't feel anything. Ten minutes before you are to go into surgery they will give you a little sedation in your IV. Many patients don't not even remember being in surgery. You might have to breath into a gas mask but that is only for a few seconds. When you wake up you will be in recovery Room. You will still have the IV. You will feel a little cramping pain. You should have three small incisions on your right side at the bottom. If you are in pain then ask for medication. I am not sure if you are staying in the hospital or going home. Some people get sick after and throw up. But again, they can give you something to settle your stomach. I had surgery in September and by the time I got to recovery room. I was chatting away as usual. When you go home. don't worry so much about eating,drink plenty of fluids ,rest and take your pain medication. You will have some gas as they use it when doing your surgery. Email me if you had any questions.

DOES MY 2 YEAR OLD HAVE AN ANXIETY DISORDER?

I have a 2 year and 9 month old little girl. She is the 3rd child of our 4 children my husband and I have together. Since she was around 1.5 everyone viewed her as increadibly intelligent, maybe even gifted as she talked in complete sentences, was very intelligent, and excelled in every area over other children her age. About 1 month before she turned to until now, she has begun being what my husband and I would call terrible 2's from hell. We attributed a lot of it to us having our 4th child at this time. However, as time has progressed, her behavior has gotten so bad, it literally dictates a lot of how the family acts and what we do. The normal temper tantrums have now appeared to become laced with anxiety, and they all depend on the mood she is in. Some days are great, others, are hell. Sometimes there are triggers, sometimes nothing appearently sets her off but she goes into hysterics over something yesterday would not have bothered her. The main things that seem to be the problem are when she can't get something exactly right it seems to upset her so much she appears to be physically in pain. For example, if she can not lay a baby doll the exact way she sees in her head to lay it, she is inconsoloble until we are able to figure out how to get it in that position. Also, sometimes noises bother her, or "shapes" she says things aren't the right shape, or she can't hear something when it's very loud, or says something is too loud when there is no noise (she does know the difference). When playing with other children for the most part she does well, however, when it comes to someone playing at our house, the child has to ask permission to come into our home and play. If they don't she gets very upset, and each toy, whether its hers or not, has to be given permission to play with. Please do not say it's a discipline problem, trust me it isn't the issue. We have tried everything and it doesn't work. When she gets upset, there is no consoling her until we can "fix" whatever is bothering her. I thought maybe she had a sensory disorder, but maybe it's anxiety. I don't know. My doctor told me it was normal, but it isn't. Trust me. I am a social worker for the state, I see kids her age every day, in good, bad, and worse situations and she is not normal. So any help would be great. Thanks.

I had my appendix removed in 07.. since then I've been to the top gastrointestinal doctors in Florida. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars try to find relief. I'm 19 I recently just had surgery my appendix was twisted and inflamed I also had a hernia I have a leathorscopy appendectomy. Since then I haven't had a bowel movement for awhile now. I am a 24 year old female the only time i've been in the hospital before all this was for an appendectomy in 2002, I have anemia, and pcos..other than those and this unknown problem I am very healthy.. So here's my situation.. For the past 2 years I've had bad diarrhea at least tree times a week, I got used to it and when it came on I would just jump in the shower for the heat to relieve the spasms.. then 6 months ago I came down with an absolutely horrible pain in the left side of my stomach, it is directly to the left and up just an inch from my belly button. The pain feels like someone punched a hole right through me, it even hurts in my back, about 10 minutes after I get the pain I start throwing up.. then about 20 mins after that I practically live in the bathroom with diarrhea for the next at least 2 hours. Also, just before I get the sudden pain I have a really weird dizzy whirlpool feeling.. and sometimes my arms and upper body get tingly and I can't breath right.. sometimes I even have heart palpitations and hot flashes...I have had a colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, hydascan (gallbladder test) ridiculous amounts of blood work, another test for my small intestine (don't know what it's called but they took a ton of x-rays and ultrasounds after I drank a bunch of chalky stuff) and cat scans. Everything came back in perfect shape except that I have a really small hiatal hernia and acid reflux but the dr told me it is not what is causing this pain.. but i've had all kinds of stomach drugs and NOTHING works! no one knows what is wrong.. but the pain keeps coming on.. it's usually about 1-2 hours after I eat something but it will also happen if i don't eat at all... and it doesn't matter what it is that I eat.. grapes, tuna, pasta..fish.. everything is the same. sometimes the pain is not so severe.. but most of the time it warrants an ER trip.. I've been to the ER 6 times with this pain admitted twice.. still no answers.. the ER just wants to dope me up and send me home.. I refuse the pain meds now.. because they get me nowhere.. I want the root of the problem solved.. not just masking the pain.. but no body knows whats wrong.. Has anyone had anything like this and figured out what it is.. or does anyone know anything that could help me.. I'm getting desperate.. Internal bleeding after appendectomy?

I had my appendix and adhesions removed 11 days ago. Friday I lifted my 2 year old. I'm not supposed to lift over 5 pounds. I was trying to get him out of the rain. Next morning when I pee there is blood in toilet. Every time I pee now there's blood. It's vaginal. My period ended last week. My stomach is really burning and starting to hurt more. When I stand up I get dizzy for a few seconds. I've been nauseated. Tired and shaky. Shortness of breath every now and then. No fever. Could I have ripped internal stitches to cause bleeding? Does it require me to go to ER? There is no ovary pain. It's regular blood with no tissue or clots. Nurse said it's not normal for that to happen. I have an OBGYN appointment tomorrow afternoon. My surgeon is out of his office until tomorrow. Should I be worried?

Ok here is the deal my ex girlfriend has 2 other ex boyfriends either 1 of them or someone who knows us has wrote a letter describing what it is like to date my ex. The day I had surgery my RLQ really hurt so when the surgeon came to see me before surgery I told him I really thought something was going on with my appendix. He told me he would take a look at it during surgery and sure enough when I woke up after surgery I was told my appendix was enlarged and was removed. I also had to have an ovary removed because of the endometreosis. It can cause a lot of problems and invade your bladder or intestines if left untreated. If you do have surgery my incision is was very small its amazing what they can do through such a small incision.

Hello, I am a junior in college and pre-dental biology major at a certain university in WV and I want someone to give me an honest answer about this problem. I had a 3.85 GPA until this semester and due to circumstances that I really could not control I had a terrible semester grade wise. I just took a total of 13 hours this semester and they were the following classes: Organic Chemistry, botany, TA, and Calculus and Engineering based physics II. I feel that I am going to come out with 2 C's (Botany and physics) a B (Organic Chem) and 1 A this semester and that is my 1 hour TA class. I have never made a C in anything my entire life. This year though I had several cases of bad luck. For instance, in October I had to miss a week of school for an emergency appendectomy and when I came back, professors really didn't help me much at all for what I missed for instance, I had to take a lab test in botany on the second day back to class. The college that I attend moved so fast that I was basically unable to catch up after going back to school. Additionally, I have had other problems such as a computer crash that deleted several important documents that I had to rewrite quickly. Finally, I got sick with food poisoning at the end of the semester here missed a test and missed my other class all in one morning. I got to retake this test in botany the next morning but I still was unable to catch up. All my peers around me tell me how hard of a worker I am and it seems though no matter how hard I try this semester I just cannot win. Before this series of bad luck hit me from October onward I had all A's and 1 B in physics. I have three more semesters of my undergraduate degree left. Will I have to make 4.0 each semester from here on out to make sure I get in or will they still not accept me? I did the best I could this semester and I have one week of class left (finals) to improve and I doubt doing good on my finals will really change much of my grades. I need help with creating an excel template or so.....?

So I have a spreadsheet that has many equations for analysis. All I need to do is to import the data I have from each subject into the sheet, which are only few numbers, and then the spreadsheet generates results as well as GRAPHS. So, whenever I get the results I copy the whole sheet and paste it into a new workbook and name it with my subject's name. The PROBLEM is, when I do so, the graphs end up the same for ALL subjects, because when I point to the points on the graph, they are all the same for each subject, because again when I point to the points on the graph, and then look up where it comes from, it says it came from the ORIGINAL sheet, and not from the current sheet where the data was pasted. So, all of them are identical. When I change the title for the graphs to reflect points from the specific sheet, then yes, things are right. But It would be so difficult going through each one of them, I have many data to be analyzed. Is there a way to make like a template where, when I copy and paste into a new sheet, the points on the graph will reflect data from the current sheet and not the original one. I hope this isn't too confusing.

Well, what would likely happen is that they would remove all of the appendix, but that the infection that was in the appendix had already spread to their intestines, so removal of the appendix didn't get out all of the infection. They would then have an infection and would need to take antibiotics to treat it.

Secondly, make sure you can join enough clubs, around 3 or even two is fine. Make sure you are actively involved in one club at least and try to run for officer and get elected. Thirdly, be involved in a sport or two. If you aren't the athletic type much, try out for a simple sport like badminton or something. It will be easier on you,and it looks good on your college application. Have good impressions with all of your teachers. Ok, the AP courses: Most people just think that they can wing it. AP takes a lot of time to do homework for and study for. As soon as you come home take no more than a half an hour break to get ready for studying. I know this seems really overwhelming, but by the time you are done with high school, you will be in a great college. Apply for different competitions and try your best in science and math bowls. All these things along with your personality and your desire to learn will help you get into a good colelge. Extreme fear of flying?

I have an extreme fear of flying. I can't even think about flying without getting nauseous or feeling the beginning of a debilitating panic attack. I can't even go to airports, I had a minor panic attack when I dropped my brother off at one. I really WANT to fly, I want to travel, but I seriously worry I will have a nervous breakdown and not be able to control it. I have a similar phobia of surgeries, and last winter I found out I had to have an appendectomy. I paniced, they gave me a sedative, and it didn't work at all because I was so worked up already. I'm worried that any sort of anti-anxiety medicine will not work for me. In the short time it took for me to write these details, my stomach has already started to flutter. Has anyone ever gotten over an EXTREME phobia like this? I understand planes are safe and understand how they work, but I can't even think about it for more than 15 minutes before I freak out.

I had a hernia just above my navel that was repaired when I had my appendectomy a year and a half ago. Back in December, I was lifting a box and thought I popped it out again. A week ago, I had bronchitis and was coughing- a lot. Now, my hernia seems to have reappeared, it is sensitive to touch and visible above my navel like it was before surgery. I'm 14 years old, and I don't feel like I'm living like a normal 14 year old. I worry too much about things.... The high turnover rate is due to people not wanting to put any effort into the job. Post appendectomy question?

On march 10,2011 I had an appendectomy by a laproscopic procedure. I came home the same day and obviously I was sore. I am able to move around more freely today. I am concerned bc before the procedure I had constipation as im in early pregnancy. Well I had to poop so bad today and it hurt to come out, I felt like I was giving birth. Anyways the bm was huge, and ever since my lower side hurts! Some of my incisions are near there, and im afraid I might have ripped something. Also today I've been running a low grade fever on and off, usually between 99.7 and 100.5. I see my surgeon Wednesday, I just wanna know if I should worry.

Dull Ache still after appendectomy?

I had a laproscopic appendectomy in August (6 months ago). It took almost 4 months for me to feel normal again on the right side of my abdomen. Had ultrasounds, endoscopy, colonoscopy...all fine. The dull, non descript aching finally disappeared in December for good! Then, about three weeks ago, I was playing an intense game of Just Dance and the next day it was back again, and hasn't left. It doesn't hurt, no pain at all, just like a dull achy kind of feeling. I am quite certain it's not a hernia, I was checked by my dr every month through December. Could it be abdominal wall muscles that are weak from the surgery? Scar tissue? Anyone else ever experience this?
