Do all guys do that?????

My country is not open about sex. I am noticing that many guys even teachers are filirting and trying to get with gils that are not pretty or have done too much plastic surgery on their faces and it looks wrong. They also wear skimpy cloath that are not stylish the cloath look vulgar and cheap. I think its pathetic and that these men are cheap. Doese this happen in open minded countriese?? or do some men have standards??
