Is this too much hydrocodone (Norco)?

I was prescribed Norco (10mg hydrocodone/325 mg APAP) after having an appendectomy. I am in a lot of pain, I took two Norco and no change, so I took a third. It's been an hour since the last one and I'm still in a lot of pain, is taking a fourth out of the question?
