Unable to print from Citrix to a shared printer but normal printing working, printer is HP 1022, please help?

The user can only print from Citrix who directly connected with HP 1022 Printer. Other users are unable to print that shared printer from Citrix. They can print other prints like word, excel etc from that shared printer.
