How to fix saggy breasts?

Hi there:) I'm only 15 and am experiencing premature sagging of the boobies. I think its mostly because if size :/ (I'm a 36c) I have more tissue above the nipple than below, and the nips face downward instead of perky and up (sorry if T.M.I) they look similar to the ones in the pic in the box on the righ hand side.. http://www.007b.com/sagging.php but I want them to look like this.. http://www.montclairbreastcenter.com/images/nipplesparing.jpg .....guys no vulgar comments please, let's keep it professional.... thank you!:)
