Appendectomy pain 3 months after surgery well at theme park?

I was a six flags today 3 months after appendectomy, well trying to ride el toro the lap bar did not go down all the way the man came over and kicked the bar with all his might right over my appy scar, i got the sharpest pain and burn directly after, not im puking and am in the worst pain, What do I do?
