Can someone who has had an appendectomy before get appendicitis again?

there may be phantom symptoms, I have heard of people who have had to have limbs removed and have phantom itches on the removed limb. There is no reason why this couldn't happen to your appendix if your nervous system is affected somehow, I have a nervous disorder that when i scratch small like pimples on my skin caused by meth-amphetamine that I can feel the effect from the excessive scratching on other parts of my body - like scratching on my stomach and can feel it on my neck as well - doctor says it is caused by over stimulation of my nervous system from amphetamines - I also have dead clusters of brain cells that cause problems for neurons etc. travelling in my brain.
