How to use excel to compare more than 9 things with a wide range?

I am trying to do a fiscal analysis and compare two Fiscal Years (FY) and what i want to do is compare a number of services and show the trends however I am having two issues I have so many categories and the range is so large like 10 visits versus 15000 visits. Do you have any ideas of how I could tackle this project without having too many graphs?
