Call the docs office and get a different antibiotic that doesn't make you sick. Kidney infections can cause permanent kidney damage, so its not worth taking chance. The infection might clear up with cranberry juice, but since it seems to be progressing at this time, it looks like things might get worse before there is any improvement.
