If I wipe my hard, will Windows 7 be wiped as well?

Ok so I may need to wipe my hard drive and I was wondering if I did so, would Windows 7 be removed. I am not talking about Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc. I am talking about the system that the laptop came with when I first bought it.
