What to do about post-appendectomy stomach disorders?

I had my appendix removed in 07.. since then I've been to the top gastrointestinal doctors in Florida. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars try to find relief. I've been in constant pain for 3 years now. I can't eat solids anymore and I have to take moviprep(the liter of liquid laxative they give you before a colonoscopy) every few days, just to eliminate. no medications can help the pain or the anxiety all of this has caused me. I've had every test available and tried every time of doctor out there. I have even tried natural medicines and acupuncture. if anyone has any information on this please leave a comment.
