Appendix removal concern?

I'm 19 I recently just had surgery my appendix was twisted and inflamed I also had a hernia I have a leathorscopy appendectomy. Since then I haven't had a bowel movement for awhile now. My stomach is blowed up like a ballon and anytime I sit up all the preassure presses in my bladder. Is this normal I am on cipro and demirol right now!
