Doctors can not find what's wrong with me?

I am a 24 year old female the only time i've been in the hospital before all this was for an appendectomy in 2002, I have anemia, and pcos..other than those and this unknown problem I am very healthy.. So here's my situation.. For the past 2 years I've had bad diarrhea at least tree times a week, I got used to it and when it came on I would just jump in the shower for the heat to relieve the spasms.. then 6 months ago I came down with an absolutely horrible pain in the left side of my stomach, it is directly to the left and up just an inch from my belly button. The pain feels like someone punched a hole right through me, it even hurts in my back, about 10 minutes after I get the pain I start throwing up.. then about 20 mins after that I practically live in the bathroom with diarrhea for the next at least 2 hours. Also, just before I get the sudden pain I have a really weird dizzy whirlpool feeling.. and sometimes my arms and upper body get tingly and I can't breath right.. sometimes I even have heart palpitations and hot flashes...I have had a colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, hydascan (gallbladder test) ridiculous amounts of blood work, another test for my small intestine (don't know what it's called but they took a ton of x-rays and ultrasounds after I drank a bunch of chalky stuff) and cat scans. Everything came back in perfect shape except that I have a really small hiatal hernia and acid reflux but the dr told me it is not what is causing this pain.. but i've had all kinds of stomach drugs and NOTHING works! no one knows what is wrong.. but the pain keeps coming on.. it's usually about 1-2 hours after I eat something but it will also happen if i don't eat at all... and it doesn't matter what it is that I eat.. grapes, tuna, pasta..fish.. everything is the same. sometimes the pain is not so severe.. but most of the time it warrants an ER trip.. I've been to the ER 6 times with this pain admitted twice.. still no answers.. the ER just wants to dope me up and send me home.. I refuse the pain meds now.. because they get me nowhere.. I want the root of the problem solved.. not just masking the pain.. but no body knows whats wrong.. Has anyone had anything like this and figured out what it is.. or does anyone know anything that could help me.. I'm getting desperate.. I feel like I'm losing my mind because it just keeps happening and nobody knows why or how to fix it :-( Please help if you can. Thanks!
